My DREAM is to do some thing that makes me happy. Since i was young the thought of success was always associated with money. Now that i am in college i see that i would rather make my self happy.
Right now, I am a business student at Morgan state university. I don't like business or want to be a business major, but i thought it would be the safest rout. if i could have my choice i would be an art major. It sounds good in theory to do what u love, but i don't feel as if it is safe enough.
recently some one told me ... "do you like to write poetry, do you like to write stories, do you read books, news papers magazines?" ( the answer to all being yes) than why don't you try to write...
Thoughts:
this feels much safer than painting or drawing...
i can still be creative ...
i can write stories, poetry, news letters ...
Than the next thought was, " what if i am not good enough?"
when ever i had my sister, my girl friend, my mother, teacher, or any one proof read i feel like they just stabbed my page with a red marker and its bleeding all over the place...
should try, or look for some thing i am better at? or do what i like to do?

It always believed that money and success work hand in hand. But it never shows if that leads you to happiness. Do what you love will bring you to your happiness and no one will take that away but success and money are things that can be gone in a second. "Happiness" is the treasure that you hold inside that is your success that is also your money. Try to take a risk and do what you want to do. Being a writer isn't bad you just need to believe in yourself I believe that people can do anything once they put their mind to it.
